Show Management will make every efford to comply with booth preferences, determined on a first cone-first served basis. Final location assignments are made at the discretion of Show Management, within a reasonable period, after receipt of the signed reservation and agreement form and full payment.

This item must be completed and the exhibit display will be limited to the items described below. Any changes to items included are subject to prior written approval by Show Management. Please note that all exposed surfaces of any display must be finished. For the purpose of show promotion each exhibitor authorizes Show Management to make use of the information disclosed.

MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: FM Auto & Cycle Show, LLC. Price per booth is $650.00 for a 10x10. Additional 10x10 booths are $575 each. Total cost of booth space must be received within 10 days of verbal agreement otherwise the reservation for space may be released. Further, any monies for exhibit space received after January 15th, 2011 will be in the form of a bank check or cash only.
