The undersigned vendor applies for and reserves exhibit space in Frank Maratta’s Auto & Race-A-Rama Show in the Better Living Center at Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, MA on March 1st & 2nd 2014, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Show Management will make every effort to comply with booth preferences, determined on a first come, first served basis.  Final location assignments are made at the discretion of Show Management, within a reasonable period, after receipt of the signed reservation and agreement form and full payment.

DESCRIPTION OF EXHIBIT AND PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO BE DISPLAYED

Price per booth is $500 for a 10x10.  Additional booths are discounted $50 for each additional 10x10 purchased.  For example: a 10x20 will cost $950, a 10x30 will cost $1350, a 10x40 will cost $1700, a 10x50 will cost $2000 and so forth.  Total cost of booth space must be received within 10 days of verbal agreement otherwise the reservation for space may be released.  Further, any monies for exhibit space received after February 19th 2013 will be in the form of a bank check or cash only.
